I started in concert operations, coordinating artists, production, venues and touring teams across more than 11 states. It meant keeping track of the details, working with people who had different priorities and resolving problems while the show moved forward.
At Foundations Music, I grew from coordinator to Director of Marketing. I worked directly with artists, managers, labels and creative partners across campaigns, fan experiences and digital platforms. For NEEDTOBREATHE’s The Insiders, I scoped the platform and coordinated external development and design partners. Paid subscribers grew 496% over two years. I led marketing for the first A Very Laufey Day on behalf of artist management, connecting a campaign website, livestream and local fan experiences. The campaign generated millions of earned impressions.
At Vector Management, a joint venture with Live Nation, I moved from Director to VP of Strategic Marketing during a company transition. Alongside client work across a roster of more than 50 artists, I rebuilt the department’s structure, clarified responsibilities and introduced shared processes across the team. I managed more than $800K annually in department budgets and client marketing spend, with direct involvement in strategy, label relationships and delivery.
Building Be Right Back grew out of a problem I’d encountered as a manager: knowing someone was taking time off didn’t mean the team knew how their work would be covered. I designed, built and launched the product independently, using AI development tools and handling the work from scope and development through onboarding and launch.
I’m interested in product, operations and marketing roles where I can stay close to clients and users, help define what needs to happen and take responsibility for moving it forward.
